Hola, mi gente!

I’m Daniela Murillo-Cifuentes – born in Colombia / living in New Jersey. I‘m a first-generation college graduate, I live with a disability called Dystonia, and I speak both English and Spanish.

Living with my disability has shaped the way I see the world and the way I create, as it has allowed me to have many privileges. Through technology, communication, and design, I express myself as both a dreamer and a fighter. My experiences drive me to design with intention, empathy, and a deep commitment to accessibility.

I’m resilient. I grow stronger every day as a person, a daughter, a friend, and a designer. I hope that my story and my work can represent and inspire others, and encourage them to keep moving forward.

Follow this journey with me!
