My collection focuses on butterflies and their beauty, symbolizing freedom and the profound meaning they hold in my life. The butterfly also holds a deeply personal significance for me as a symbol of freedom and liberation. As an immigrant from Colombia, coming to this country has given me the opportunity to pursue an education despite living with a disability. To me, the butterfly represents the freedom and possibilities that this country offers, a freedom I hope we can continue to uphold and cherish.
